BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories* in a class. No experience needed. Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together.
All the moves in CXWORX™ have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. Trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

Are you looking to burn a maximum amount of calories in 45 minutes? Our Spinning class is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Beginners are welcome at any class. You control your own ride!

To ensure a pleasant and fair experience for all, the following policies will now be strictly enforced:
- Call to reserve your bike eservation by calling (269) 387-0410
- Please check in with the instructor to ensure you have a reservation, and for class attendance
- Members that ARE NOT on their bikes five minutes prior to the start of class will forfeit their reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS. Towels and personal belongings will be removed. At this time, empty bikes will be given to the next member on the walk-in list.
- Out of courtesy to other members, do not save bikes for anyone other than yourself.
SPRINT is true High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on the bike. Using a varied combination of sprint, power, and strength training principles, you will get stronger and fitter faster by pushing as hard as you can during the work intervals. 30 minutes.
This fun and challenging class is a great cardio workout. Whether you choose one, two or no risers this class will have your heart rate pumping.
This class allows you to increase your cardio endurance with basic power steps, while incorporating a variety of resistance exercises.
Based on HIIT (high intensity interval training). This class is a comprehensive total body workout that focuses on lower body, upper body, and core providing both cardio and strength.
TONE is a complete strength, cardio and core workout. A challenging mix of lunges, squats, functional training and band exercises to tone and strengthen muscles. Options for all fitness levels.
